Malcolm, Jean and their sons, Richard and the late Matthew, and grandfather Morland have always focused on breeding top class animals that have the scope to be all round performers.
We restocked post Foot & Mouth with the Comely Herd families now include Fran, Malinda, Roxy, Barb, Pretzel, Mandy, Ghost, Wayne-Hay, Oprah and Elegance. These families are being developed further by the use of bulls such as Mr Sam, Shottle, Talent and Goldwyn.
The result is a herd today that averages over 9,400 kg in 305 days, and sees over 20 EX and 40 VG animals.

A 7th generation VG or EX pedigree, who’s in calf to Shottle. This young heifer is from an EX Skychief, from the famous Counselor Ghost. Classic breeding, classy heifer!

From the heart of the Barb family, she descends from 6 EX dams, with a Convincer x Metro x Logic sire stack. She is served to Goldwyn. It’s a different pedigree with all the top scores!
Threelimes Rudolph Oprah VG87
A 5th generation VG or EX, our Oprah is now in her 2nd lactation, and in calf to Shottle. She is a Rudolph from the EX Charles x EX Supreme. What a dream!
